After owning and operating a successful farm, ranch and commercial real estate business in New Mexico for over 30 years my wife and I decided it was time for a change. Texas had been calling to us for years as more and more of our kids, siblings and friends moved there. Since I already had a Texas Real Estate License and an office in Texas, the choice was pretty easy and, since most of our friends and relatives were in the San Antonio area, that is where we began to look.

United Country Big Nature Land. The best kept real estate secret in Texas! In 2009 the Devenport family was looking to purchase a hunting ranch in Texas! We targeted the Hill Country and South Texas. After months of internet searching, I traveled from Wisconsin to Kerrville, Texas to begin my final assault on purchasing a hunting ranch.
